Choice of WORDS!

For those familiar with "Mary Poppins" will know what I am talking about. A word which means extraordinarily good or wonderful to describe something.

Communication is all about expressions and words. Not any words but our choice of words - be it in written or verbal makes all the difference. Words have the power to induce emotions, so choose your words wisely.

We usually focus on the excuse why we cannot get something accomplished, which results in using words such as - No, Unfortunately, Can't, Unable, But and However.

Many of us use "No Problem" and "No Worries" in response to conversations not realizing that we are using 2 negative words - "No" & "Problem" to make it sound positive. How about we responding by saying - Sure, Definitely, Positively, You are welcome! instead?
